Privacy Policy

What we collect. If you join the waitlist or order an audit, we collect what you give us: name, email, organization, domain, and your stated interest. When we scan, we access only publicly reachable content on the domain you designate. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it. To contact you about LuxAbility, deliver and support your audits, and operate the service. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties except processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments), bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

Scan data. Reports and underlying scan data for your domain belong to you. We may retain scan results to support re-scans and monitoring, and may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g., "X% of findings across all scans are uncaptioned video") publicly. We never publish an identifiable customer's results without permission.

Retention. Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to delete it or the waitlist concludes. Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus what invoicing and tax law require.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time: hello@luxability.app. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the rights provided by GDPR, including complaint to your supervisory authority.

Changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
